Custom Hot Bent Tempered Curved Glass (Single, Laminated, Insulated)
We specialize in manufacturing high-precision Curved Safety Glass for architectural landmarks. Unlike standard flat glass, our Hot Bent Glass is shaped in advanced molding furnaces to achieve precise radii without compromising structural integrity or optical clarity.
We offer three types of curved solutions:
Single Curved Tempered Glass: High strength for balustrades and shower screens.
Curved Laminated Glass: Safety-focused for canopy and skylight applications (PVB/SGP Interlayer).
Curved Insulated Glass (IGU): As shown in our gallery, we produce double-glazed curved units for energy-efficient curtain walls and facades.

Q1: What information do you need for a quote?
A: Please provide the Glass Thickness, Size (Arc Length x Height), Radius, and quantity. A CAD drawing is preferred.
Q2: Can you do "J-Shape" or "Cone Shape" glass?
A: Yes, we have advanced furnaces capable of multi-radius and irregular shaping. Please send drawings for evaluation.
Q3: What is the lead time?
A: Curved glass takes slightly longer than flat glass. typically 15-20 days depending on the mold setup and quantity.
Q4: Is there a mold charge?
A: For standard radii, we may have existing molds. For unique custom shapes, a one-time mold fee may apply.
