Product Description
Ultimate Protection: Certified Bullet Resistant Glass (UL / EN Standards)
Engineered for high-risk environments, our Bullet Resistant Glass (also known as Transparent Armor) is a multi-layer laminate designed to stop projectiles while maintaining optical clarity. Constructed from alternating layers of glass and PVB/PU interlayers (often with a Polycarbonate backing), it absorbs the impact energy and prevents penetration.
Key Features:
No-Spall Option: Available with a polycarbonate inner layer to prevent glass shards from flying into the safe side upon impact.
Crystal Clear: Despite thicknesses ranging from 20mm to 80mm, we use Low Iron Glass to ensure superior visibility for bank tellers and drivers.
Custom Protection: Tailored solutions from resisting 9mm handguns to 7.62mm rifles (AK-47).

Comment & FAQ
Q1: What is "Spall" vs. "No-Spall"?
A: Spall refers to glass fragments flying off the rear side (safe side) when a bullet hits. No-Spall (or Low-Spall) glass has a special polycarbonate backing that catches these fragments, preventing injury to the people standing behind the glass. We highly recommend "No-Spall" for banks and vehicles.
Q2: Can I cut bulletproof glass on-site?
A: No. Bulletproof glass is extremely thick and hard. It must be custom-manufactured to exact sizes in our factory. Drilling holes for intercoms or cash trays must also be done before lamination.
Q3: How heavy is the glass?
A: It is very heavy. For example, Level 3 glass (~30mm) weighs approx. 70kg/m². Please ensure your window frames (aluminum/steel) are reinforced to support this weight.
Q4: Will the glass turn yellow over time?
A: No. We use premium PVB/PU interlayers (like Kuraray or Sekisui) that are UV resistant, ensuring the glass remains crystal clear for years.

Testing Quality
Rigorous Ballistic & Stability Testing
We don't guess; we verify. Our glass undergoes strict testing:
Ballistic Test: Samples are sent to certified labs to withstand shots from 9mm, .44 Magnum, or 7.62mm rifles according to UL 752 or EN 1063 standards.
Boil Test: Samples are boiled for 2 hours to ensure no delamination occurs (simulating long-term durability).
Haze & Light Transmission: Ensuring the multi-layer structure does not distort vision (Essential for bank tellers and drivers).
