| Project Name | Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport Comprehensive Bonded Building Phase II |
| Location | Core Functional Zone, Yaoqiang International Airport, Jinan, Shandong |
| Facade Scale | 30,000 Square Meters |
| Core Configuration | 6mm Low-E + 12a + 6 + 12a + 6 Fully Tempered Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) |
| Core Challenge | The Dual Challenge of Extreme Noise Control and Ultra-Low Energy Standards. Located airside, the building faces high-decibel engine noise. As a 24/7 operational hub for customs and logistics, it demands the highest industry standards for acoustic insulation, thermal efficiency, and wind load safety. |
To combat extreme environmental pressures, we tailored a premium facade solution:
Triple-Pane "Double Thermal Barrier": Utilizing three layers of 6mm tempered glass creates two independent air chambers. Compared to standard double glazing, this doubled thermal resistance drastically reduces heat transfer.
Acoustic Insulation Barrier: The physical combination of triple glass layers and dual air gaps effectively filters low-frequency vibrations and high-frequency screams from aircraft engines, ensuring a five-star quiet office environment.
Fully Tempered Safety Barrier: Given the high wind loads at airports and potential bird strike risks, all three glass layers are rigorously tempered to provide "zero-blind-spot" structural protection.
We went beyond basic glass supply to achieve asset appreciation for the owner in three dimensions:
A. Full-Frequency Acoustic Control: Airport noise is multi-frequency. Our solution utilizes varying glass thicknesses and air-chamber resonance cancellation to block high-pitched whines and specifically weaken difficult low-frequency infrasound.
B. Visual Management for Massive Scale: Controlling "Color Deviation" is critical across a 30,000 sqm facade. By strictly managing the $\Delta E$ value of the Low-E coating, we ensured a highly unified, pure modern aesthetic from every viewing angle.
C. Asset Preservation through 24/7 Energy Savings: The building functions as a 24/7 monitoring center. The ultra-low U-Value (thermal transmittance) significantly alleviates peak loads on HVAC systems during extreme weather, extending the lifespan of mechanical systems and turning "glass" into a "savings asset."
